Jennifer Mock

Jennifer is the proud co-founder of Abilitations Children’s Therapy & Wellness Center. She completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at New York Institute of Technology in 2000. Since graduating, Jennifer has focused her attention on the area of pediatrics. She has worked in both school and clinic-based settings with children ranging from birth to age 21. Over the past 23 years, Jennifer has worked with children of all ages and diagnoses. Jennifer has extensive experience with, but is not limited to, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, down syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta, Rett Syndrome, torticollis and other genetic and metabolic disorders. Jennifer continues to see patients on a limited basis and oversees the operations and staff at Abilitations.

Jennifer truly believes in each child’s potential no matter the limitations. She has worked hard to develop programs that promote awareness and acceptance of children with special needs. Jennifer and her business partner, T.R., have created programs, including Abilities Indoor Soccer League, Adaptive Girls on the Run, and were founding members of the Sassafras All Children’s Playground in Raleigh.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys CrossFit, yoga, hiking and spending time with her friends, family, and pets!
