Mitch Fornecker

Mitch completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Campbell University in 2019. Mitch has experience in multiple pediatric settings including outpatient, home health, and hospital-based. Mitch has experience working with patients ranging from birth to 21 years old and with diagnoses including Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injury, spina bifida, arthrogryposis, torticollis, Autism, Down syndrome, and developmental delay. In his free time, Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife Jordan, their sons Luke and Elliot, and their dogs Yoshi and Korra.
