Sarah, originally from Charlotte, moved to Raleigh to complete her undergraduate studies in Communication and Linguistics at North Carolina State University. (Go Pack!) In 2024, she completed her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at NC Central University.
Sarah enjoys working with children of all ages, with a specialized interest in birth-3 years old. She strives to make treatment engaging and fun by implementing client centered, diversity affirming and functional activities that are tailored to the specific needs of clients and their families. Sarah has experience working with areas including speech sound disorders, phonological processing disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, receptive and expressive language delays/disorders, and literacy disorders. Sarah has interest in both low and high tech augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
Away from work, Sarah enjoys crafting, cooking and spending time with family and her chocolate lab, Charlie.
